It took hours and hours to straighten out and they are always clueless. &amp;nbsp;You all know what i mean if you have ever called customer service. I hope this catches up with them sometime.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;XPS desktop arrived DOA. &amp;nbsp;Dell tried to have me take it apart over the phone to fix it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Support from hell.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep yopur junk Dell.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What a rip Dell is.&lt;/p&gt;
