If a CEO can live in a glass bubble and have their company do well, then so be it. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, if a CEO wants to have contact with customers and generate new customers and cultivate how their brand is perceived, then it&amp;#39;s a good idea. Even if they are hiring someone to do it for them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Haughty disdain for potential customers is usually seen as a bad idea, eh?&lt;/p&gt;
