I paid all my bills on time, but they cancelled my card because I wasn't making enough money for them. Ha! What a crock. The credit card companies were given so much time to jack up rates, lower limits, close accounts or send notices that the rate was variable all of the time that the Bill of Rights was just to shut us up so we'd think the Government cares about us. They don't and neither do the credit card companies.

They have been robbing the American people long enough with their stupid 29% interest rates. That is usury and robbery of the American people

They pulled a simular move on me and after 5 months of not using their card they closed my account for me. Fine by me, I also moved the balance to a card with a lower rate. Best of luck with your lawsuit, I hope you make them cry.

It's a done deal, why should the taxpayer get screwed twice? Once with hight interest rates and late fees, then to bail these worthless excuses for human beings out so they can continue this practice. Greedy pieces of excrement describe the people running these banks and businesses. It is time to screw the big bad banks and credit card companies as they have screwed their customers from the beginning. If anyone deserved a bailout it is the American Taxpayer not these institutions that have raped the taxpayer for decades. People are so fed up with these greedy SOB's that they could care less if the whole system collapsed into another Great Depression just for the satisfaction of seeing these greedy A-HOLES collapse into the trash heap of history. Financial Slavery is slavery none the less. Give me Liberty or Give me Death!

To get that kind of rate you have to have excellent credit right. When Ken Lewis bought CFC i knew things were going to change. Once the deal with merril went thru they jacked my rate without notice to 24%. I called i refused to pay that etc. I transfered the balance to my chase acct left it open while i have a pending lawsuit against them. They said they sent me a notice, I never got it. Keep this in mind forever people. The Credit card companies can say all day they sent the mail to you, Unless its certified they cant prove it!!!!! My lawsuit is pending due to they have no proof they mailed it hahaha......... They screw us daily now its my turn.
