Boone...your Yahoo deal makes about as much sense as your secret plan to making the USA somehow energy independent without drilling for new oil...we need to drill here and drill now. Oil is the engine that runs our economy and there is plenty of it available in our own country...and we can drill it, refine it and transport it in a responsible manner. Its gonna be tough flying millions of tons of cargo and over a billion passengers a year from coast to coast and around the world without Jet A...or is your secret a fully loaded 747 that can take off and fly usijng solar powered battery packs?

Well that what happens when you go long in a stock with the only purpose to resale it. Its called speculation for a reason. He had never owned one share of Yahoo but wanted to be a quick *** artist and ride the wave of a take over. So his interests was not so inline with true investors (holders) of the stock he wanted to sell it.

Now this isn't any sort of support for the Yahoo management or how they are running the company its just stating the fact he was in there for the quick buck by trying to sell it off and nothing else.
