i use to work for walmart, running the shipping and recieving on 2nd shift, and me and my crew got screwed out of insurance and benefits beacuse we coudlnt make a meeting due to soter mgrs wanting the trucks unloaded within a few hours, and than store mgrs wouldnt reshcedule the meeting for us. that company has even blackballed me too. i switched to 3rd shift and had false allegations about me, mgrs believed this brown noiser who use to work under me, and guess what i am not there anymore. and i cant even get into another store. walmart isnt low prices all the time, on some stuff. sure they are cheaper than meijer and kroger but still they need to get their act together also no more full time everyone part time 32hrs or less with no benefits. another way to save money and let soter mgr's make more. standard store mgr makes 100k a year, just like a store mgr at mcdonalds 95 to 150k a year to do nothing.

sam would be rolling over and over in his gave if he knew what his company has gone too. just like fred meijer as well..

For Wal-Mart to go union would definitely be more harm than good for this country. Look at the leading car manufacturers who are unionized. Please, Wal-Mart, don't let those union bullies destroy a good thing for those of us who cannot afford paying for products produced by a unionized company!

Walmart is f---up by opening their new type store catering to the Mexicans and more Ragheads. I really dont care about the Damn logo, but when Sam turns over in his grave then they will be on the run. They are good company now and hve made a profit, but this bull shit will do then in just like all the people that forget American made and buy American made, why does everything in the USA cater to the foreign population, they dont give a crap about us.

My husband and I shop Walmart as much as possible. The prices are cheap and the quality is decent. The "Mom and Pop Stores" did ok for a long time and then the Walmarts, Costco's, Blockbuster's and Hollywood Video's took over. They were able to bring products, to the middle class people, at a much cheaper cost. I didn't see anyone oppose a new Costco in their town. I'm sure many items are made in China their too. So as you see it's the change of the times.

Wal-Mart does suck,so much for american made,and can u find anything at wally's

that is made in usa?not.Hmmm i remember when thats what wally world advertised ,buy american made goods at wal-mart.....so much for that..wal-mart,has put 4 local grocery stores out of business in my home town,and several other small business that were part of our comunity for over 100 years.i do not,and will not shop at any wal-mart,and will drive out of my way to shop at small grocery stores and business.....

For all those that have made negative comments about WalMart; I happen to like shopping there. For a busy professional, it is a one-stop-shop. Soooo, where do all of you purchase groceries anyway? Perhaps you are weathly enough to eat out every meal. Lay off WalMart and HAVE A NICE DAY.
