&lt;p&gt;The dime store (anyone remember those?) sold 2 cent candy, and my mom would give us 26 cents and we would go buy a little paper bag of candy to take into the movies with us. Sometimes she&amp;#39;d splurge and let us get popcorn and soda. &amp;nbsp;Ah, those were the days...&lt;/p&gt;
