CVS is not only a good neighbor, but also an excellent employer. I'm proud to be a part of what they are doing, making life better for those that care to participate. As an employee (cashier) of CVS store #6253 Evansville, IN it is very satisfying to see our faithful customers earn and spend their EXTRA BUCKS on things they need or for those little luxary items, normally not allowed on their limited budgets! As I often say people love FREE and I make it a habit to point out the" buy one get one free" items and those Extra Bucks items that they often over look. We have several customers donate much needed personal care items (bought with Extra Bucks) to their church food pantry, something they ordinarily would not be able to do because of limited resources. LIFE IS BETTER BECAUSE OF CVS

I think it's great that more people are learning to do this! CVS has helped my family so much! Living paycheck to paycheck is hard, but with my CVS skills, we don't go without anymore. Thanks to all the wonderful folks who have helped the rest of us learn. I've been using coupons and shopping at CVS for about 18 months now and am blown away by how much money I wasted before I embraced frugality.

Thanks so much for the plug! It really is a game. And the best part...EVERYONE is a winner! It is thrilling to walk out with bags of usable items for nothing! It brings down my grocery bill, and sometimes allows me to help others too! By blogging I am discovering I can help lots of other people and that there are a whole lot of other people who think this is really resourceful and not that I am a complete nut!

Being frugal is popular in our down economy and if you want to see a real intense saver go see jane4girls800annualbudget.blogspot.com. I just don't have the space four 4 cases of toothpaste like she does, but I'm guessing shes not using it all for herself. Sorry, gotta run to CvS for some more free stuff- see ya.
