It's no java jive

Yesterday I bought a pound of Starbucks coffee for just 99 cents. You, too, can get super-cheap brew, either for gift-giving or for your own frugal morning buzz. All you need is some empty inkjet print cartridges and proximity to a Staples or Office Max

re: Coffee for 99 cents a pound? Hey its a tough economy, and lots of people won't give up their hoity toity coffees.... so.....

Some internet companies will also take empties for partial credit toward your purchase--look around.

Buy something else that you really need that is on sale, but then she probably was using a pound of coffee as an example, and it is an item within range of a 3 cartridge credit. I check the prices for common office items quite often from various stores, and the best deals from the office supply stores seem to be in the realm of envelopes and labels, etc., especially the store brand. Some tech items, too, are good deals.

This article's title is absolutely false ! The coffee costs $10 a pound; no ifs, ands or buts. By this article's analogy, if I go into Staple's with a gift card for $9.99, then I'll get the coffe for free, right? Not !!!

re: Coffee for 99 cents a pound?
