What laws or provisions regulate these companies/law firms? What would you say to those that already have average to below average credit and a significant amount of unsecured debt and can only maintain a minimum paymewnt if any payments at all? Creditors won&amp;#39;t work with me and keep increasing rates. Stuck and need a way out!&lt;/p&gt;
