Using coupons can prove quite helpful in saving money online, i save plenty of money because i use coupons from site like swoopup.com which really provides some sensational offers and deals.

I used to never clip coupons but with gas prices at over $4 a gallon, I have been forced to do so. The last time I went to the grocery, my total before taking off my coupons was $297.82, after the coupons were scanned my total was $189.13. Granted, that won't happen everytime but it sure helped.

I joined www.thegrocerygame.com in December. I love it. I save an average of 58% a month on our food bill, we do not eat prepared foods or "junk" food. Give it a try!

Go to Couponmom.com! I'm just getting started and have already saved quite a bit of money. She has a very simple system that essentially means that you buy the items you use the most at the lowest possible price. I'll never buy chicken *** for more than .99/lb again!

FYI, the CVS I use honors all competitors coupons, including thr Rite Aid one you mentioned, and I don't even have to transfer my scripts!

I am trying to start using coupons and scanning the sunday ads to save money. I am so used to just buying what I need when I need it that I don't know if I can retrane my brain to look for deals not convenience. Any tips??
