Does anyone know where I can get a free flu shot, in the Salida Colorado area? Iam on disability and have type 2 diabetis. Iam 55 years old and Iam suppose to have a shot. Thanks.

If you are currently enrolled in college, they usually give them free to students. Check with the health center to see if they give them free or low cost.

The idea of paying for a flu shot is almost crazy after all isnt the govt taking our money to make them available through taxes collected ??

FYI - Flu Shots keep rising! No longer $20 in our area, in fact, most places are charging $30 for a flu shot now. Our company offers flu shots to employees and have found the VNA will cut us a deal with the more employees who receive a flu shot this year. If we have over 49 employees, our company will pay $25 for each. If between 30-49 it will cost us $27 and under 30 it will be $30.
