It also reminded me of my &amp;quot;clean out the fridge stir fry&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;mystery marinara&amp;quot; nights. Essentially, if anything is lurking in a container for more than a couple of days or is about to get all wilted, it ends up stir-fried with rice and soy or duck sauce (free packets from my friends who get take-out Chinese food and don&amp;#39;t use all the accoutrements) or pureed into sauce with canned or fresh diced tomatoes, and tossed over pasta (almost always a leftover, too) with a bit of grated cheese. &lt;/p&gt;
