I am sending this to my 14 year old. &amp;nbsp;I particularly relate to your point about looking at what you do in your spare time. &amp;nbsp;I have constantly said this. &amp;nbsp;You need to watch your children when they have idle time. &amp;nbsp;What are they doing? &amp;nbsp;What do they draw? &amp;nbsp;When I grew up college was not a choice. &amp;nbsp;It was mandatory and so was a career. &amp;nbsp;I have been lucky enough to have a career that allows for my creativity however many people are stuck in ruts and feel it is too late to change.&lt;/p&gt;

Has worked wonders for me has also allowed me to build a great nest egg over the years. 22 years at same job and still love going to work.&lt;/p&gt;
